The VIP Essentials Pack is the crowning jewel on top of the Conduit Method, once again by Chris Rempel. In the Conduit Method Chris talks about how to set your sites up in a way that they are both optimized for the search engines and also easy to add your content to. And guess what… you’re looking at an example right now! What you are looking at is a Wordpress Blog using the theme from the VIP Essentials Pack. Before this pack was released I spent hours trying to modify exisisting themes to work in a way that the Conduit Method called for and if you have had any experience with modifying Wordpress themes you will understand how difficult it can be. If Wordpress is not your thing there is also HTML and XSitePro templates in the pack that can be used to set up a ‘Conduit Method’ static site. The Wordpress theme comes complete with an Installation Guide and ‘Ping’ list and believe me if I can get it to work anyone can! As well as the templates and themes you also get two reports in the pack - A Guide to Outsourcing and Step by Step Traffic Tactics. |

My only gripe is that for the life on me I couldn't get the theme to work with version 2.6 of Wordpress, even after changing the permissions as stated in the readme file. The theme works perfectly with version 2.5.1 of Wordpress though. |
